How does it work?

The event will take place at a resort, the Jequitimar hotel, as well as the social activities. However, there are other accommodation options, as described at the Registration page.

If you wish to register now, continue on the “Registration” page and click “Sign Up” at the end of the page.

You do not need to decide which hotel you will stay at before registering, but you should do this as soon as possible to take advantage of discounts and available spots in the hotels.

If you stay at the hotel where the event will be held, the Jequitimar hotel, you will spend around $1,700 in total, including the conference registration and accommodation. If you choose to stay at the Ilhas da Grécia hotel, the cost, including accommodation and registration, will be around $1,000. For the third hotel we suggested, the Grand Hotel Guarujá, you would spend approximately $1,200 for both hotel and event registration.

Contact the travel agency "Alleanza Viagens e Turismo", indicated on the “Accommodation” page, to make your reservation.
Then, return to the “Registration” page and pay for the chosen package if you are staying at the "Ilhas da Grécia" or "Grand Hotel Guarujá". If you choose to stay at the Jequitimar hotel, you will not need to pay for the package for non-guests at the Conference Hotel.
