Graduated from Ankara University Medical Faculty and did Neurology residency in the same Institute in Ankara-Turkey.

I did Intraoperative neuromonitoring fellowship  (2003-2006) and worked as an IOM Professional  (2006-2017) in Beth Israel medical Center and  Mountsinai Hospital West respectively.

IOM department director of Mount Sinai West Hospital (Since 2017).

Collaborates with ISIN and other centers in Europe for IOM research.

Director of fellowship program which was established by Dr. Vedran Deletis In NYU in 1988.

I have published over 45 articles in peer reviewed journals.

I also contributed book chapters in various IOM and Neurology Textbooks.

 I am President elect of ISIN.
